The primer is now dry on the VA146 bearing so I riveted the HS411's around the Bearing with a -5 rivet for the first rivet, but like many other builders I wasn't happy with the shop head so I drilled it out and did all the rivets with -6.
-Next I clecoed the hs411 assembly to the spar & enlarged the attachment holes to #12 size.
-I then marked the parts

Today I
-Received my new HS411BPP & HS411APP Brackets so I clecoed them to the Aft HS spar with the VA146 Bearing sandwiched between them & drilled four of the holes through to the HS411APP as only the HS411BPP is punched with the holes for the hinge bearing
-I then removed the assembly & drilled the remaining two holes
-Next I deburred the parts and primed the VA146 bearing with Tempo Zinc Phosphate Self Etching Primer.
